These Conditions of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of the software plugins ("Plugins") sold through the website operated by Voloshin Animation SRL. By purchasing and using the Plugins, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Company Information

The services provided through this website are offered by Voloshin Animation SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova. Payments for the products are processed by PayPal, and Voloshin Animation SRL does not store any payment details on our side.

2. Product Compatibility

  • Version Compatibility: The Plugins sold on this website are designed for different major versions of NopCommerce. Each version is sold separately, and it is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct version of the Plugin that corresponds to their NopCommerce setup.

  • Incorrect Version Selection: Customers are required to carefully choose the correct version of the Plugin. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues arising from the selection of an incorrect version of the Plugin.

3. Payment Processing

  • All payments for Plugins are processed securely via PayPal.

  • Voloshin Animation SRL does not store any credit card or payment information. Payment details are handled directly by PayPal, and users must comply with PayPal’s terms and conditions.

  • By completing a purchase, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected payment method.

4. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are considered in rare cases if the Plugin purchased is found to be incompatible with your NopCommerce setup after troubleshooting. If the Plugin is incompatible due to a specific setup issue or system configuration, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Exclusion for Incorrect Version Selection: If the customer selects the wrong version of the Plugin, refunds will not be provided, as it is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct version of the Plugin for their NopCommerce setup.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase, and the customer may be required to provide evidence of the compatibility issue for review.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

  • No Secret Data Collection: The Plugins sold on this website do not secretly collect or transmit any client information. Any data collected by the Plugins is only used as necessary for the Plugin's functionality and is disclosed in the Plugin’s documentation.

  • Integration with Third-Party APIs: Some Plugins may require integration with third-party services or APIs. In such cases, the customer is informed about the data being collected and transferred, which is solely for the operation of the Plugin.

6. Source Code

  • Pre-Compiled Plugins: By default, the Plugins sold on this website do not include the source code. The Plugin variant (pre-compiled or with source code) is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • If you select a Plugin that includes source code, you will have access to the Plugin’s code. Otherwise, you will only receive a compiled version that cannot be modified or redistributed.

7. License and Usage Rights

  • Upon purchasing a Plugin, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on a single NopCommerce installation as described in the product documentation.

  • You may not redistribute, sell, or transfer the Plugin to others without express written permission from Voloshin Animation SRL.

8. Support and Updates

  • Customer Support: We provide limited customer support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting issues related to the Plugins. Support is available via email or our support system.

  • Updates: Periodic updates may be released to improve functionality, fix bugs. Updates are provided free of charge for the purchased Plugin's version.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Performance: We do not guarantee the performance, functionality, or suitability of the Plugin for your specific needs. It is your responsibility to test and verify the Plugin’s compatibility with your NopCommerce installation before using it in a production environment.

  • Liability Limitation: Voloshin Animation SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Plugin. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Plugin.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights to the Plugin, including its code, design, and documentation, are owned by Olga Panco. You are granted a limited license to use the Plugin, but you do not acquire any ownership rights to the Plugin or its components.

11. Modifications to the Conditions of Service

Voloshin Animation SRL reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Service at any time. Any changes to these terms will be posted on this page, with the date of the most recent revision noted at the bottom. By continuing to use the website and purchase Plugins, you agree to be bound by any revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moldova.
